Our Digital Organization services include:

The time needed to transform your space from chaotic and cluttered to simple and streamlined can vary widely depending on your individual needs and the space itself. We encourage clients to consider our package pricing for larger projects. This allows us to plan with efficiency and offer you the most cost effective pricing options for your specific needs.
PACAKAGE PRICING OPTIONS:
Basic Package: $150
4 hours of onsite organizing
One carload of complimentary donation hauling services
Silver Package: $290
8 hours of onsite organizing
Two carloads of complimentary donation hauling services
Gold Pacakge: $560
16 hours of onsite organizing
Up to four carloads of complimentary donation hauling services

Package pricing might not always be the right fit fo you and your project.
We offer our in person organizing services at an hourly rate of $40/hr.

We offer our digital organization services as part of in person organization or in some cases, as an add-on or stand alone service that can be performed off site. If you wish for these services to be performed on site, then the package or hourly pricing rate you select will apply.
For off-site services, pricing is as follows:
Digital File Organization: $40/hr
VHS Digitizing & Photo Scanning: Please reach out for a free quote!

We are happy to offer the following add-on services for a fee.
One carload of donation hauling is included with each in person session. Additional hauling is available for $15 per carload.
Dump and shredding hauls are available for a $15 fee per carload. *All waste and shredding fees are paid for by client.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE PROCESS
Step 1: Decluttering
Step one of any organization project is categorizing and condensing the items within the space. We will spearhead the process of sorting through items and help you decide what to keep, donate, and toss. This process can take more than one session.
Step 2: SETTING UP SYSTEMS
Once we clear the space of excess clutter and assess what your needs are, we will find an organization system that aligns with your day to day needs and your goals for the space. We can work with the the organization materials you already have or guide you on purchasing materials that will work best for you.
Step 3: item placement
After mapping out a plan for the space, we’ll utilize the storage solutions at our disposal to place items in a way that optimizes function and intention. We will leave the space looking neat, organized and ready to be enjoyed.

At the end of each session we will review the work that was done to ensure clear communication and client satisfaction with the end product.
